- If you have products that need to be returned, please contact your Supplies Consultant, email us at x or phone x.
- If the return is accepted, Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ will issue a Return Advice (“RA”) number.
- Returned goods will only be accepted if the return request is agreed to by Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ and the returned package has Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ the generated RA Number. All goods for return must have a Return Authorization (RA) number issued. Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ reserves the right to refuse to accept or credit products that have been returned to them without prior agreement.
- Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ reserves the right to request you to return goods due to cancellation or amendment of an order. Only products returned in original saleable condition will be considered for credit to your account.
- Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ, including, without limitation, its related and affiliated entities, its subsidiaries and its licensees, successors and assignees, reserve the right to amend these terms at any time and to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
